| The topology for VBP VoIP Call Termination Solution is as follows: |

| In this solution, the VoIP gateway connects PBX devices with the ITSP (Internet |
|
| Telephony Service Provider). The PBX connected to the FXO port of the gateway with |
|
| FXS port of the VoIP gateway, and the VoIP gateway then connects to ITSP's service |
|
| platform. Set the FXO port number of PBX as 9, thus the extension user may access ITSP |
|
| platform when he dials “9”, however, the extension user still may call PSTN number by |
|
| dialing “0” first.The call rates of such VBP VoIP solution are priced at $0.05/m within |
